Obituary For MCpl Christina Marie Frances Fahie
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of MCpl Christina Marie F. Fahie, at the age of 45. Born in Etobicoke, Ontario. She was the daughter of Antonius Groothuizen, David Whalen, and her late mother Marguerite Groothuizen. Tina will be fondly remembered by a vast number of people she touched in all of her ventures. Be it Baseball, Relay for Life, or numerous community events. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends, and simply inspired by all who choose to reflect upon her unparalleled work ethic and drive to do the best that she could in every aspect of her life. May she find peace in continuing to guide us all on our own paths. Her devotion to her family and friends was unquestioned. She will never be forgotten. She is survived by her husband, Charles Fahie, Her children Meghan, Kirstin, and Sean. Her siblings, David, Jeffery, and Megan. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
