Allen Douglas Carroll

Age 55 of Halifax, Nova Scotia passed away peacefully on July 20th, 2019 surrounded by his family at Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in Halifax. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late Allen Carroll and Lorraine Kiley (Carroll). Allen worked as an electrician for many years in Halifax and Alberta. He loved life and lived it day by day. He was always laughing and had a great passion for having a great time and being with family and friends. Allen is survived by his loving children Kyle Drysdale (Alyssa), Kristopher Drysdale (Stepson), partner Darlene Barnes, former partner Kathleen Drysdale, six grandchildren, brothers Thomas (Theresa), Larry (Nancy), and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of Donald K. Walker Funeral Home, cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place at a later date in Prince Edward Island. Special thanks to the staff on 8.2 of the QE11 Hospital for the compassion and care they gave to Allen and family. Special thanks to Kyle and Darlene for helping Allen through this tough time.
