Sending my sincere condolences to the Dawson Family. I feel sad to hear that Dorothy has past on. I have fond memories of her. Many years ago I spent much time in Mrs. Dawson’s home, I was fortunate to have had tea and cookies at her kitchen table. It was at the Dawson’s home, through their generous sharing, I learned that I really did like lobster. Mrs. Dawson was a loving, caring mother, always welcoming her children’s friends into her home. It was always a pleasant home to visit, I never remember her being in a bad mood, I never heard her raise her voice. I do remember her being a joyful, happy lady, that often wore a smile on her face and laughed easily. Crystal and Mark, your mom always made me feel welcomed in your home and I’m sure she never told anyone that it was time for them to go home. If any of your friends were still there at dinner time, she always offered a meal. We spent many, many hours in your families rec. room, playing pool and listening to music, your mom never called down the stairs to keep the noise down or to turn the music down. She was a very special lady and I am sure she will be greatly missed by you and your entire family. I will always remember her. May your happy memories help carry you through your grief in the sad times ahead.
