Michelle Ann Ray passed away on January 2, 2018 at the age of 57 years old. The daughter of Elaine and Carson Lane was born in Germany and came to Canada when her father's military service ended.

Michelle was always taking care of others, from babysitting to caring for her own children, to her work in the care industry. She gave her life to the care of other people.

She was a loving grandmother and devoted to her grandchildren. A huge part of their lives despite them living in Australia. With weekly chats on Face Time, as well as trips, she featured greatly in their lives.

She is survived by her parents, her brothers Steven and Martin, her children Andrew and Nicole and grandchildren Damian and Alistair as well as nieces, nephews, in-laws , her best friend Lynn and her family and co-workers who will miss her greatly. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Diabetes Canada.

A service will be held at Donald K. Walker Funeral Directors on Monday 22 of January at 11:00 AM officiated by Rev. Ralph G. Yarn, Senior Pastor.
