At clinic appts we always enjoyed some laughs and that was because of his awesome sense of humour. I will miss those times. He was a fighter and did his best to stay on earth as long as he could. My deepest condolences to you and your family, Sarah. Rodney was a good man - he was hard working, honest and genuine - always true to himself and what he believed in. Although I only got to know him as times got tougher, I consider myself lucky for it - I always looked forward to his drop ins and regular visits at Cat after he went off work. The last time we crossed paths he was dancing circles around me at the Holiday party - I could barely keep up and he thought that was hilarious (I did too). Let happy memories carry you through this difficult time and know that you are in many thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.

Marshall and dollie Sarah and family. So sorry to hear of rodneys passing. I have many fond memories from our childhood. The first time I ever met Rodney was a day or so after moving to sambro. He came to our back doorstep calling for me to come out and play (1960) when I answered the door , he said”coming out?) I looked at him , pointed in the direction of home and told him to “get”. Lol. We became very good friends shortly after. He enjoyed coming for supper whenever mom made fried chicken. God speed and comfort you all at this sad time. I believe he enjoyed life to the fullest. Always in my memories, at least while I still have one.
