Sad to hear of Suzan's passing. We worked together at RBC and ADP. She was always full of fun and mischief, and very good at her job . I got to see her at the Windsor Elms when my mother was placed there. I will always be grateful for the way she treated my mom there. She would visit with her and explain the connection with me. She also wrote her a welcome letter. Suzan had a big heart. RIP my friend, now you can fly free❤️

When I came to work in the morning Suzanne and I always had a good laugh, usually at my expense, her usual greeting was "glad you could make it, soon be lunch time" or "are you leaving early or just getting here" . She always filled me in on the news of the day letting me know how other residents and staff were doing- or not doing. She was definitely part of the personality of the home and I'm glad we became friends.
