Obituary For Roland Saulnier
Roland passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2021.
He was predeceased by parents Emma Saulnier(Theriault), and Clifford Saulnier both of Meteghan, NS.
Roland is survived by his daughter Candace Nicholson, son-in-law Craig Nicholson, sisters Doreen Harty and Karen Saulnier and long time friend Jeannine Tripp.
Roland worked at the Irving Shipyard for 35 years. He enjoyed a nice cold beer and good puff. Roland liked hanging out in the gazebo in the back yard playing crib, backgammon and the occassional washer toss game with friends. Friday nights were always spent playing craps. He also loved hearing and telling a good adult joke.
Roland was known for being small in stature but big on having fun. He was a true people person who welcomed everyone he met to have a drink.
Roland had a speacial love for all of his dogs Nikki, Newton and Bandit.

We spent many good times with Roland , he lived life his way always to have a laugh and have fun.When he set his mind to do something it was done right, his jeeps were his pride and he had the best. He was a very special friend and we are going to miss him. sincerly Regina and Bob MacLeod
