Darlene Virginia Noseworthy unfortunately passed away on June 28th, 2026 at the young age of 47. She was the daughter to Hazel Cleveland and (the late) Henry Noseworthy, loving sister to Charlie Noseworthy, (brother) Harold Noseworthy, (brother) and Barbar'anne Noseworthy (sister).
Darlene was born in Saint John's Newfoundland in October 1978. She lived most of her live in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. In 1999 she gave birth to her handsome baby boy Easton Lane and then finally she gave birth to her beautiful baby girl Kienan Lane in 2001, which in her beloved words completed the family she's always wanted. She had her two amazing kids with Julian Lane, they spent 24 years and created so many wonderful memories together. Darlene may have not had the best life close to the end but she always had a smile on her face, still made jokes and unconditionally loved her family, blood or not, family was always in her heart.

I am in complete shock to hear about Darlene's passing. I would like to express my condolences to Darlene's family and friends. May she rest in peace with God. It was through our workplace, we formed a cherished friendship creating wonderful memories along with plenty of belly laughs. Despite her medical issues; I admired Darlene for her resilience, strength, and compassion for others. Through our many conversations she was excited about the possibility of becoming healthy, again. Her bucket included the ability to travel and to discover the world. Darlene taught me to slow down and smell the roses. In many aspects, she had the excitement of a child but at the same time the wisdom of an old soul. Darlene was more than just a dear friend but a teacher as well. She taught me to listen for the little seeds of wisdom that she would drop into our conversations. I will always treasure our friendship. I am deeply saddened that God called one of his earth angels home. Rest easy my forever friend. You will not be forgotten. Thank you for being you. Clare

My deepest condolences to Darlene's family. I had the privilege of being one of Darlene's Access-A-Bus drivers, and over the years she became one of my favorite passengers. She always greeted me with a smile, no matter what challenges she was facing. Our conversations and shared laughs are memories I will always cherish. Rest in peace, Darlene. With heartfelt sympathy Glenda.
