Obituary For Jean Pamela Perry

Jean Pamela Perry, Born in Halifax, NS, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 23, 2025 at the Dartmouth General at the age of 70.

She was a stay at home mom to her 3 children until she found her passion as a CCA. Jean worked for 30 years as a CCA and she was awarded the Parkstone Excellence Award, the first ever nominated by the residents. She loved her job and the residents that she cared for.

Jean also enjoyed arts and crafts and, throughout her life, she painted ceramics, did quilting, crocheting and scrapbooking. She had a love for camping with her grandchildren. She was totally dedicated to her children and grandchildren. To all that knew her, she was a unique and caring individual.

Jean is survived by her childhood sweetheart and husband of 53 years, Gerald Perry along with her three children, Shawn (Janice) Perry, Scot Perry and Tracy (Troy Perfrement) Perry. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Col Perry-Perfrement, Ty Perry, Austin Perfrement, Samuel Perfrement and Ryan Perry, all of Cole Harbour. Jean is also survived by her sister Margaret (Bernie) Day of Jeddore and her nieces and nephews.

Jean was predeceased by her parents Mary and Lloyd Clark of Dartmouth and her sister Babara Solar.

There will be a private family gathering at a later date.

    jean was the sweetest and would go out of her way and bring one of her many fur babies to my work to say hi many times. I remember all their names Jean I will miss you dearly and i will always remember you!! I will cherish every moment i had in your presence! Rip
