Muriel Jean Morrison (Patterson) (1941–2024)

Muriel Jean Morrison (Patterson), resident of Bedford, NS passed away on May 10, 2024 at the age of 82. She was born on October 2, 1941 in Sydney Mines, Cape Breton.

Muriel was predeceased by her husband, Ian Morrison. She is survived by her children: Terrance (Crystal), Rhonda (Robert), Colleen, and six grandchildren: Shane, Colin, Tylan, Jayden, Shaye, and Brady.

Muriel’s favorite hobbies were square dancing, watching hockey, and she was an avid gardener.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

    I have such fond memories of your mom, Colleen. You and I very gave her and my parents a run for their money by times. Like our trek to Uplands Park on Christmas Day...and so many more interesting adventures and shenanigans you and I managed to get into. She put up with all our silliness.
