Hi girls. I just found out that Sonny had died. Long after the fact. So sorry to hear this. And also for your mom. I occasionally reminisce the times our families got together at the cottage at Mushamush. Your dad was always fun to be around. I always appreciated his patience and kindness. Hope you and your families are all doing well in these crazy times. Barry Reinhardt

My condolences to the family, I just shared some snowmobile trip pictures from in St. Margarets Bay. The picture is of your dad on Island Lake with the phone mounted on the tree ( no connection) . I think he was trying to call home. Some of my best snowmobile memories are with your dad and my dad, Turk, and Barry Smith. All three bought the 1987 yellow skidoo 300's, because they bought their machines together. Lots of good trips with them. Sincerely, Ken Murphy

My memory is of Mom and Dad going up to your parents place years ago to have rabbit pie over the xmas holidays. Later when we had to sell Mom and Dad's property I would drop by and ask your father a question or two I had about the property. It was always an hour or two visit. A Spryfield original who will be missed.

The hedge that runs down the length of our property has and always will remind me of your Dad. On one of the years i was delivering mail to your homestead, I started getting cuttings and little forsythia plants. And we would gab of fishing, hunting and how you kids were making out. Usually I would visit your Dad than go down to Bruce and Thelma's and an hour would be gone and I'd be running late. I am truly sad you and the rest of us have lost your Dad. He is missed. Take care. Brian Jacobs, your former mailman .
