Obituary For Kenneth Jake Langille

It is with profound sadness that the family of Kenneth "Jake" Langille announce his passing on May 11, 2026 at the age of 36.

Where does one begin to describe the life of somebody like Jake in a few paragraphs?

His sense of humor was second to none. A high school friend said she still quotes his funny phrases all these years later. He was well loved by all who knew him.

He enjoyed and appreciated the small things in life. He loved road trips, fishing, animals, and most recently his Temu acquired ebike. His favorite claim to fame was a drive by appearance in the first Trailer Park Boys movie.

Jake was extremely family oriented. He spent many hours listening to his nanny Faye's stories of the old days. He really missed family and friends who had passed away in the last few years.

The old family farm on Tatamagouche mountain was his heaven. To him, it was the best place in the world. We brought him home from the hospital to here and he passed away here. It was full circle for our beautiful boy.

Although no longer together, his former wife was the love of his life. His happiest years were with her. Sheree, we love you.

Jake is survived by his parents Tracy and Ken Langille, grandfather Kenneth Langille, many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His fur siblings will miss him greatly.

Jake was an old soul who felt the world's problems deeply. A song says "I closed my eyes and I drifted away" We pray that you drifted away peacefully into the most glorious place and into the arms of those there who love you. You deserve so much peace bud.

We would like to thank everyone for the enormous outpouring of visits, food, messages and love for Jake and for us. God bless you all.

It's not good bye bud, it's until we see you again. We love you forever xo
