Obituary For Perry Terry Parsons
Parsons, Perry Terry — Age 70, of Lucasville
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Perry Terry Parsons on June 23, 2025, at the age of 70.
Perry was known throughout his life as a hardworking and humble man, someone who would do anything for just about anyone. His skilled hands and strong work ethic made him a master in his craft—concrete—where his work was always in high demand for being done right the first time.
Beyond his work, Perry found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He had a deep love for classic muscle cars and cherished his time at the lake fishing. He also loved to travel, having visited destinations like the Caribbean, Hawaii, Costa Rica, and the Panama Canal. Most of all, he loved being “Grampy.” Whether play-wrestling or carrying on with his grandchildren, those moments brought him the greatest happiness.
Born to the late Garnet Parsons and Joan (Parsons), Perry is survived by his loving wife and soulmate, Helen (Frizzell) Parsons; his stepmother, Loretta Parsons; and his sons: Christopher Frizzell (Stephanie), Terry Parsons (April), and Justin Parsons (Yoori). He leaves behind his adored grandchildren Zachary, Quayd, Kaiicen, Zaylen, and Asher.
Perry will be lovingly remembered by his brothers: Carl Parsons (Lorraine), Sherman David, Chester David (Barbara), Steven Milton (Pat), and Branford (Joyce) Parsons and sisters Shira Jackson (Danny), Debra Lucas (Curtis), Jane David, and Helen David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart.
He was predeceased by his sister Kathleen Maxwell and brothers David Parsons and Harry David.
Perry’s legacy is one of loyalty, hard work, and love—especially for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
