Obituary For Robert "Bob" G Forsey

Passed away on February 7,2023 at age 69.

He was born in Dartmouth to the late Gerald Maxwell Forsey and May Forsey { Carlson}. Bob worked for Nova Scotia Power for 35 years. He was an avid golfer, pool player and dedicated fan of the Montreal Canadiens. He will be remembered for his genuine, kind and giving nature. He loved his fur babies Nikki and Buddy who gave him great joy and laughter and loved him without condition. He had a special bond with his sister and brother n law Wendy and Joseph Braca. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend Janet Forsey, his sister Barbara { James King} , brother Alan { Lisa} , niece Julia Forsey and nephew David Palmer.

In our youth we walk through life as though each day is an eternity. One day we glance back and discover that life is fleeting and that time has a quiet way of catching up with us. Be kind and patient to those in your life. Cremation has already taken place. A celebration of life to follow at a later date.

Very sorry to read of Bob's passing. I was a friend of Bob's when we were young! I remember when supper time would role around that his mother would call him home with the ringing of a loud hand held bell. Bob also had one of the best places for sledding wright next door at the school. Later on in life Bob bought a 500 army Triumph, he called me to come have a look and access the bike. I will always remember you Bob, your friend Brian Barker from Fourth Street
