My favorite memory of Aunt Jean, was as a teenager, having many chats with her while she was tanning on the Lido poolside at the Waeg. She was a beautiful lady. I loved the color of her hair and her soft spoken kind voice. I was proud to say she was my Godmother. Uncle David, Robert, Paul and Stephen, I hope you have similar loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Today and always, may fond memories bring you peace, support, and strength. With my love and deepest sympathy as we remember Jean.

Sorry to learn of Jean's passing , David. I can remember Jean and Joan as young twins of about 11/12 when Pete and I would have been some of the South End friends. How wonderful that you have had more than 60 years together - what a blessing and what lovely memories you will have to comfort you in the coming days. Wish we could meet at Mass and share a comforting hug. Will keep you, and Jean's soul, in my prayers.Barbara

Near a shady wall a rose once grew, Budded and blossomed in God's free light, Watered and fed by the morning dew, Shedding it's sweetness day and night. As it grew and blossomed fair and tall, Slowly rising to loftier height, It came to a crevice in the wall Through which there shone a beam of light.Shall claim of death cause us to grieve And make our courage faint and fall? Nay! Let us faith and hope receive-- The rose still grows beyond the wall, Your Mother is that rose and she will always be the light within you. thinking of you at this time Selina and Paul
